Can Mindfulness Rewire The Brain?

In my practice, we use specific mindful awareness practices, which include awareness (for example, using breath practices & others), but also include specific use of focal attention, to create new neural fibres and new connections in our brain, no matter how old you are. This can change old, unwanted, possibly outdated, behaviours/emotions/responses and pave the way to a new harmonious life. 😊
